  • Create posts

  • Schedule posts (use software or FB)

  • Determine how long it takes you to do each

o   Schedule on the go/while waiting; use idle time

·      Develop theme for certain days/times

  • Ie. Monday Motivation

o   Still have room for spontaneous/organic

  • Document

o   Write down which days you will do what with a checklist of tasks

·      Organic

·      Test your audience and see what works

·      Be consistent; look up recommendations for your selected platforms

o   FB-if less than 10,000 followers (1-5 posts)

o   IG-Avg 1-2x per day on posts; just be consistent
